Creative Technologies Werkschau
The Creativity Rules Festival marks the time of the year where students from the Creative Technologies department at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (FH Salzburg) get to present their sophisticated projects.
This year the event took place at the Ziegelstadel in Hallein. Various organisational arrangements were necessary in advance for the 3 day long festival. In that process I was responsible for the booth signs containing the project description of each project. Approximately 40 of these signs had to be produced. The first step was to typeset the signs into a template designed in accordance with the previously created visual design of the festival. After glueing the signs to kapa plates they had to be cut out carefully in order to obtain the final sign.
Another task I was assigned to was to create some decorations for the interior of the event location, like for example the staircases in the Ziegelstadel.
